எளிய பொருள்

கள்ளை உண்ணக் கூடாது, சான்றோரால் நன்கு எண்ணப்படுவதை விரும்பாதவர் கள்ளை உண்ண வேண்டுமானால் உண்ணலாம்.

Let no liquor be drunk; if it is desired, let it be drunk by those who care not for esteem of the great.
