இலர்பல ராகிய காரணம் நோற்பார்சிலர்பலர் நோலா தவர்.

The many all things lack! The cause is plain,The 'penitents' are few The many shun such pain

எளிய பொருள்

ஆற்றல் இல்லாதவர் பலராக உலகில் இருப்பதற்குக் காரணம் தவம் செய்கின்றவர் சிலராகவும், செய்யாதவர் பலராகவும் இருப்பதே ஆகும்.

Because there are few who practise austerity and many who do not, there are many destitute and few rich in this world.
